Professional Interests: Hand and upper extremity surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, limb salvage, microsurgery, and wound healing.

Dr. Tarik Mujadzic joins the faculty in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery after completing his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and a Hand Surgery Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

His clinical interests include hand and upper extremity surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, limb salvage, microsurgery, and wound healing. He has contributed to research in hand surgery, peripheral nerve disorders, and microsurgery, with presentations at regional and national scientific meetings and publications in the plastic surgery literature.

Dr. Mujadzic joins his father, Dr. Mirsad Mujadzic, on the faculty, continuing a family tradition of caring for patients in South Carolina.
