Dr. Long Quan graduated from medical school at Duke University School of Medicine in 1996 with a M.D. and a Ph.D degree.

He completed an Internal Medicine Internship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by his residency in dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine.

He then pursued a fellowship specializing in MOHS micrographic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Quon joined Carolinas Dermatology group in 2001 and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery. Through the years, he has done over 45,000 Mohs procedures and greatly enjoys the reconstructive aspect of surgery. Dr. Quan also travels to the Florence office every Tuesday to perform Mohs procedures.
